1. Data controller

insoliteluxe.com is published by Le Cabinet d'Arts et Objets Insolites, SAS, SIREN 984 100 040, 31 rue Robert de Flers, 75015 Paris, France. For any question about your data: contact@insoliteluxe.com.

2. Data collected and purposes

Orders: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, items ordered. Purpose: performance of the sale, delivery, invoicing, after-sales service. Legal basis: contract and accounting obligations.
Customer account (optional): credentials, order history, wishlist. Purpose: following your orders. Legal basis: contract.
Contact messages: name, email, phone, message. Purpose: answering your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Payment: card details are entered directly with Stripe or PayPal and never reach our servers. We only keep the transaction reference.
Audience measurement: pages viewed, device, navigation (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar), only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent.

3. Recipients

Your data is processed by our team and by our providers, each for its own purpose only: Stripe and PayPal (payment), OVH (hosting, France), La Poste/Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL (delivery), Google (Analytics) and Hotjar (navigation analysis) if you consented. Google may transfer data outside the European Union under standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. We never sell or rent your data.

4. Retention

Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
Customer account: until you delete it, or after 3 years of inactivity.
Contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
Audience measurement: cookies for 13 months at most, aggregated data for 25 months.
Consent choice: 6 months, then the banner is shown again.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time ("Manage cookies" button in the footer). Write to contact@insoliteluxe.com; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
