Shipping and returns
Every item travels carefully packed, tracked and insured for its value. The costs below include VAT and depend on the destination and the basket total; they are shown in the basket before any commitment.

One parcel, one rate
The tier depends on the basket total including VAT, not on each item: two pieces at €150 make a €300 basket shipped in a single parcel insured for €300.
Insurance and tracking included
All shipments are tracked and insured up to the invoiced value. Above €1,000 we confirm the carrier (Chronopost or a specialised valuables carrier) by email within 24 working hours; the price shown at checkout stands.
Delivery times
Dispatch within 48 working hours of payment. Indicative transit: 2 to 3 working days in France, 3 to 6 working days in Europe, 5 to 10 working days for the rest of the world.
Collection in Paris
Collection in person in Paris 15e, by appointment, is free whatever the order value. We contact you after payment to arrange a time.
Customs and export restrictions
Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are borne by the recipient. Knives, penknives and daggers are only shipped within France and the European Union. Tortoiseshell or antique ivory items (CITES) and, depending on the country, solid gold or silver pieces are shipped outside the EU on quotation once export documents are obtained.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, return costs being borne by you; the refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return. Write to contact@insoliteluxe.com.
