Table Cigar Cutter
In bronze and Viennese Novelty animal style. Cast and textured in the shape of a poodle dog, wearing a horse saddle, adorned in its center with a cigar cutting orifice. Base worked and enhanced with decorative ornaments.
Cat-Eye (V-Cut) operated by lowering the tail.
